Behavioral Assessment Services

Understanding why behavior occurs is the first step toward meaningful change. Our behavioral assessment services use interviews, observations, record reviews, and data analysis to identify the factors influencing behavior and develop individualized recommendations.

Parent Coaching

Receive individualized guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to build confidence implementing practical, evidence-based strategies that support your child's success at home and in the community.

 

Parent coaching may be recommended following a behavioral assessment or as a standalone service when families are looking for practical support implementing evidence-based strategies.

Common areas of support include:

  • Supporting emotional regulation

  • Increasing cooperation and independence

Educational Consultation & School Collaboration

Navigating the educational system can feel overwhelming.

We help families understand educational records, prepare for school meetings, collaborate with educational teams, and provide individualized recommendations to support student success at home and at school.'

  • Review of IEPs, 504 Plans, evaluation reports, behavior plans, and educational records

  • Meeting preparation and consultation

  • Attendance at school meetings as a behavioral and educational consultant

Groups are designed for small enrollment to maximize individualized support and meaningful participation.

Small group participation may be recommended following a behavioral assessment or parent consultation when additional opportunities to practice social, communication, or self-regulation skills would be beneficial.

We currently accept Aetna and Cigna for eligible behavioral assessment, consultation, parent training, and related behavioral services. Coverage varies by plan and service.

Do you provide direct ABA therapy?

No. ElevatED specializes in behavioral consultation, assessment, parent training, and educational support rather than ongoing direct therapy services.

Can insurance cover these services?
