ElevatED ABA & Consulting provides digital resources designed to support educators, behavior analysts, and professionals working with learners.

 

Digital products may include:

• toolkits

• data systems

• templates

• dashboards

• training materials

 

These materials are delivered electronically and accessible immediately upon purchase.

 

License for Use

Purchasers receive a single-user license to use the materials for their own professional or educational purposes.

Materials may not be:

• redistributed

• uploaded to shared drives accessible by others

• resold

• modified and distributed as original work

 

Sharing Restrictions

Digital products purchased through ElevatED ABA & Consulting are licensed for individual use only unless otherwise stated. If a school, organization, or district wishes to implement materials across multiple users, please contact ElevatED ABA & Consulting regarding licensing options.

 

Purchasing a digital product does not grant permission to distribute, upload, or share the materials with other individuals, teams, schools, or organizations.

 

Materials may not be:

• uploaded to shared drives or learning management systems

• distributed to colleagues or staff members

• incorporated into district-wide resources

• reproduced for training or organizational use

If you experience technical issues accessing or opening files, assistance will be provided to ensure access.

 

Policy Enforcement

Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of materials may result in termination of access and potential legal action.
