Helping kids feel confident, connected, and ready for everyday social situations — in groups that meet them where they are.
Small Group Program
Meg Molchany leads our Small Group Program. She's not only a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst but a certified special education teacher. She has worked in public education for over 15 years as a self-contained special education teacher and district behavior specialist supporting students in both elementary and secondary settings. While our groups are informed by ABA best practices, they are not traditional ABA therapy. Meg's background in education allows us to blend evidence-based strategies with developmentally appropriate, engaging, and meaningful social experiences that feel natural, supportive, and fun for kids.

How Our Groups Work
Our small-group programs are designed to support children and teens in building confidence, navigating peer interactions, and managing real-world social and emotional challenges in a supportive, age-appropriate setting.
Age-based groups follow a thoughtful year-long curriculum, but enrollment happens in flexible 4-week cycles so families can join at natural points without pressure to commit long-term. This structure makes it easy to join when it works best for your family — without pressure to commit long term.
What to Expect in a 4-Week Cycle
Families enroll in one 4-week cycle at a time.
Each cycle focuses on a specific set of skills and is designed to stand on its own, so children can benefit regardless of where they start.
For families who choose to continue, skills naturally build across cycles within a thoughtfully designed, year-long curriculum — allowing for growth over time without requiring continuous enrollment.
Why This Structure Helps Families
-
No long-term commitment required
-
No prerequisite skills or prior group experience needed
-
Children may join at designated entry points throughout the year
-
Families decide whether to continue after each 4-week cycle.
Skill Areas We May Target Across the Year
While each 4-week cycle focuses on a different skill area, topics may include:
-
Peer interaction and friendship skills
-
Emotional awareness and regulation
-
Coping with frustration and change
-
Flexible thinking and problem-solving
-
Confidence in group and social situations
Specific focus areas rotate throughout the year and may vary by age group.
