Our Story
ElevatED ABA & Consulting Services was founded to bridge the gap between behavioral science and real-world application.
After years of supporting students, educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams, we recognized the need for services that were practical, collaborative, and individualized. Today, our work extends beyond consultation to include professional development, supervision, behavioral assessment, parent support, and innovative tools designed to create meaningful outcomes across home, school, and community settings.

Co-Owner & Director of Behavior Services
Sara is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience supporting families, schools, and behavior professionals. As a former district Behavior Specialist and educational leader, she partnered with educators, multidisciplinary teams, and families to develop practical, evidence-based behavioral supports that promote meaningful student success. At ElevatED, Sara oversees behavioral consultation, assessment, supervision, professional development, and continuing education while leading the organization's clinical services and strategic growth.
Co-Owner & Director of Business Operations
James brings extensive experience in education, leadership, and organizational management to ElevatED ABA & Consulting Services. Throughout his career, he advanced from a paraprofessional to a teacher in self-contained special education classrooms before serving as a Student Support Specialist, Assistant Principal, and ultimately a school Principal. At ElevatED, James oversees business operations, strategic planning, technology, marketing, and social media, helping support the organization's continued growth while ensuring an exceptional experience for families, schools, and professionals.
Behavior Analyst &
Program Lead
Meg is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience supporting students, families, and educators across school and community settings. Before becoming a district Behavior Specialist, she spent nearly a decade teaching in self-contained middle school classrooms for students with disabilities, developing practical, individualized behavioral supports that foster meaningful student success. At ElevatED, Meg leads community-based programs and collaborates on behavioral consultation, professional development, and the continued development of innovative services and educational resources.
