
Refund Policy
ElevatED ABA & Consulting offers a variety of services and digital resources. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the type of purchase.
Digital Products
Digital products include downloadable materials such as:
• toolkits
• templates
• dashboards
• digital training materials
Because digital materials are accessible immediately after purchase, sales are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
However, if a bundled digital system includes multiple components and a purchaser determines they only require one component, ElevatED ABA & Consulting may offer a partial refund reflecting the difference between the bundled price and the individual component price, at our discretion.
Requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Continuing Education Events
Refunds for live webinars or continuing education events may be available if requested prior to the scheduled event.
If a participant is unable to attend a live webinar but the event includes a replay, access to the replay may be provided instead of a refund.
Programs and Group Services
Payments for programs such as social skills groups reserve a participant's space in the program.
Cancellation policies for group programming will be communicated at the time of registration.
