This 1-hour professional development training explores how the therapeutic environment influences regulation, learning, and behavior. Participants will learn how structure, predictability, and thoughtful environmental design can reduce unnecessary stress, support emotional safety, and increase engagement during ABA sessions. Practical strategies for creating trauma-informed routines, transitions, and learning environments will be emphasized. Learning Objectives Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to: Identify environmental stressors that increase dysregulation. Use predictability to support learning and engagement. Implement trauma-informed transitions and routines. Modify environments to promote emotional safety. PDU Requirements This training provides 1 hour of professional development for RBTs. To receive PDU documentation, participants must complete the required training content, achieve at least 80% on the knowledge check, and submit the PDU Completion Information form at the end of the program.
